New to hobby
Hello All
started on the hobby about 4 months ago with a 90 gallon, but as most everybody in the hobby, i started to want a bigger one. So monday my wife tells me "why don't we get one that spans all the width of the wall (8ft) in the family room. it only took me about 20 seconds to call my LFS and order the new one, lol. a 210 gallon 72 x 24 x 27 because they did not had the 84 x 24 x 24 (265 gallon) and it would have taken 1.5/ months to special order and couldn't take a chance with the wife backing out, lol. i will be trying to do a build thread on the new one, next week we start the build on the stand where it is going to be located and hopefully they install the new tank next friday. this is what i will be having on the 210. 180 lbs of live rock 160 lbs live sand trigger ruby 36e sump reef octopus nwb200 skimmer tunze ato 2 aqua illumination vega lights 1 aqua illumination hydra 52 lights director controller for lights 2 mp40 and one mp10 pumps 2 hydor 740gph return pumps two little fishes phosban reactor dosing pump ro/di system for corals i don't have much right now only about 10 lps (hammer, goni, frogspawn and others. i want some sps but mostly will be a mix reef current fish purple tang hippo tank anthias dimond watchman goby purple dottyback pajama cardinal cuc platinum clown snowflake clown regular clown any advice on what i might be missing please let me know. thanks in advance Alex |
