angel swims upside down

I just bought a coral beauty angel . it was doing great for a while, eating normal. but it start hiding since yesterday . this morning i found it swimming upside down between the caves. sometimes even resting upside down.
i also had a firefish a week ago, it was also doing alright, eating pellets. and one day start hiding in cave and next morning found dead under rock.

my other fish are doing fine. i have 2 1 inch clowns, 2 mandarins, 1 damsel.
my zoas are growing crazy, my acans and SPS are also doing great.

parameter:
90 gallon + 30 g sump, everything 0. (im using API test kit, some people said it is inaccurate )

so what happened? is this the fish's own health problem? or something wrong in my tank?

Check the ammonia.

swim bladder "whirling disease" look up meds to cure this quickly. 50/50 cure rate. I had some Anthias that healed with medication and are still in my DT 3yrs.
