TOM Rapids Pro RP3 Problem

So I recently started a new tank (info later) and i thought and decided on this filter. In the beginning it worked fine, and still technically does. However, now, it isnt removing fine particles from the tank. Protein skimmer is working fine. The tank is 30 gallons, with ~45 lbs of live rock. The only inhabitants are a Klein's butterfly, which ill be giving back because it did its job of ridding me of aiptasia and ill be replacing it with a peppermint shrimp. I also have a blue tuxedo urchin. The rock is covered in green hair algae and brown diatoms but im getting a clean up crew tomorrow. The tank is 6 weeks old and has cycled perfectly. I simply think its a problem with the filter but i dont know what as ive cleaned it several times, but when its starts up again, it just spews out particles and dust and when that settles its pretty clear, except for the constant, even amount of particles. The media i have is 3 Poly-fiber filter pads in the first chamber accompanied with and activated carbon filter pad, which then drips into the second chamber which is supposed to house bio-balls but since i dont need them i left them out, then in the last chamber, supposedly glass but feels like ceramic bio-cylinders because i didnt want two empty chambers so i chose these over bio balls. The water then goes to the chamber with the return pump which is perfectly clean and functional, and some of the water continues to the skimmer. Again, I have no idea why it is returning with the particles and would like help fixing this. I will post a picture of what the water and particulates look like and the filter if needed and will readily attempt to supplement any information i missed. THANKS.

Mine works perfect so far!! I'm using everything that came with it! I clean filter pads, bio balls and ceramic bio cylinder every two weeks but I clean 3 poly fiber pads 2-3 times a week!
