Seachem Stability Question

Can I use Seachem Stability to speed up my cycle?

I used dry rock and sand. have about 3ppm AM right now so I can still use Seachem?

theoretically, yes.

although having used in the past, i am still undecided as to whether or not it actually helps anything.
