Help--Geo Calcium Reactor Setup (Pictures)
I just got a Geo calcium reactor wish is incredible. I've never used one before so i know theres going to be a learning curve but i had a question about the setup. There is the external pump that connects to the recirculating tubing. There is a rubber tube that i know is supposed to connect but the tubing is longer then it needs to be, so what should I do? see pictures below:
The white part and the white fitting on the black tubing are longer then they should be. the rubber tubing does not fit, and when put on the pump the top does not fit, there is a 3 inch gap Here are the instructions they sent. it makes perfect since to me but maybe I'm missing something. heres a quick picture of the entire unit. its awesome! Thanks for the help! i'm kinda stuck at this point since the tubes longer then supposed to be. |

Cut the black pipe and connect fitting with vinyl hose.

You have it hooked up wrong I believe. Here are some pictures of mine I hope it helps.
The intake should be drawn from the Hope this Helps!!

Hard to tell from the photo but it looks like your pump is mounted backwards. I think the pump intake should draw off of the bottom of the reactor and discharge to the top. If you turn it around, turn the elbow so that it is horizontal, you might find that everything fits.
