Caught it!!!

My tank came with three damselfish. A tiny yellow tail that struggled to be invisible due to stress from being chased constantly and two blues, one of which was just horrible.

I caught the yellowtail and took it to the LFS. The other two confined their activities to chasing one another and not bothering anyone else. Until...I got up one morning and the smaller of the two was severely beat up. I scooped it into a hospital tank within the DT. The largest damsel couldn't stop trying to get at it.

I spent days trying to caught the wicked damsel to no avail. Nets didn't work, scoops didn't work. A baited bottle trap was ignored.

I finally resorted to putting the damaged damsel into the bottle trap and that wicked damsel was so intent on attacking it that it swam into the bottle trap within three minutes! Problem solved!
