Compatibility?
I think these fish are compatible with each other and most invertebrates but I just wanted to check and make sure. What do you think? I will add the tangs at the same time and the dottyback last.

sixline wrasse, tangs, dottyback will be aggressive. sixline and flasher together won't work. how big is your tank?

A lot of what your asking of us has to do with how large your tank is?

I'd ditch the six line, they get mean.
Possibly the Dottyback as well. |

I kept an orchid dottyback for years (Fridmani) with great success. It was actually a very timid fish. Definitely skip the six line though.

I would skip it just because there's so many other wrasses that are way prettier that. The six line. My 2 favorite or the Meleranus and the Mc coskers wrasses

The blue Caribbean tangs are my favorite. Buy the Caribbean when it's still yellow. They swim around kinda funny when little.

With a tank that big you might be ok, just include him very last so that everybody else has a chance to settle in, but with a tank that big it might be near impossible to catch a six line once in the water. So it would definitely be a risk.

Or could I go with a smaller tank like a 125 or 180 and exclude the six line and the dottyback?
