Seachem amonia alert series
So I have this seachem amonia alert monitor in my QT tank now, and the center seems to not change color even when my API test kit is showing presence of amonia. I did a 4 gallon water change in my 10 gallon tank 3 days in a row and still showing amonia. I am treating with cupramine so is it safe to say the amonia is a false possitive and trust the amonia alert ??

does the color on your ammonia test match any of the results ? or is it light green ( >.25 ) ? If it is less then .25 then don't worry about it. I'd trust Seachem in that case. Hope that helps!

The badge works well and won't show a false positive from cupramine like API test will.
