Schuran media or ARM.

So starting the calcium reactor back up. I have pounds of Schuran still and large bit size ARM . What do you suggest

They are both good I find the arm media needs a little lower ph

I am rising the old schuran I used two years ago.. little dusty.. don't think a little will hurt either way.. c
