stop hitchhikers on corals

How can I prevent any hitchhikers from getting into my tank thru new coral intro?

What is the absolute best method?

Coral has to be dipped: look up Coral dips. Follow instructions re the type of coral.

Qt of corals is ok for some types which have pests that don't respond to the dips, but if you have a light-requirement your qt can't meet, that's a problem.

I never qt corals, but I do dip them. Never had any micro-pests. Mine are lps and sps.

I think one of the big pests I don't want to introduce is Apstasia, I am using dead rock and dead sand to start, I will never add live rock to this tank. I'm trying a new a porch and want to control everything that is in the tank, is this possible or am I dreaming?
