45 gal FOWLR Protein skimmer suggestion?

My tank is about a month old and coming towards the end of it's new tank cycle process. I will be running it with a skimmer and live rock rather than a sump for now. Can someone help me with choosing the right skimmer for my 45 gal bow front? I've been directed towards these two options.
