Brain coral ripped off from skeleton

Hi guys,

I have a brain coral which has completely dettached from its skeleton, but still opens. The tissue looks fine and doesn't smell.

Can it still be rescued? What can I do to save it? It's a piece of tough brain and I don't want to give it up yet.

Thanks.

Can you get a picture of it? It sounds like "polyp bailout," which generally isn't good.
