Ballast replaced on powermodule
I just replaced a dimmable ballast on my powermodule. I followed the instructions in the video. I got everything hooked up and the two bulbs that are on the ballast I replaced make a surging sound a flicker and don't turn on fully. Is this ballast bad or any suggestions?

If you tripped the breaker you have a short.
Either the ballast is bad or you messed something up.
