Hard to tell from that pic. But from the look of the tank it may not look too good for long. That tank has to have more nutrients in it than is best for that coral.

Because I have 3 separate colonies of zoas, clove polyps, a trumpet coral, plate coral, chalice coral and a birds nest that are all doing fine and are growing and are open every day it's just my hammer has been doing not so well

Wow, that's a lot of algae. What are your water parameters, and tank set up?
