How to measure LED Kelvin temperature

Hi All,

I have DIY LED lighting for my 90 Gallon reef tank with following LED counts

Royal Blue : 20
Blue : 6
CW : 10
UV : 5
OWC : 4
Moon light: 4

I have dimmable LED driver controlled by Arduino circuit.

I would like to know the combination between these LED lights to create different Kelvin temperature. in some forums i read following combination for different Kelvin temperature.

1RB : 1 CW -> 10-12K
2RB : 1CW -> 12-15K
3RB : 1CW -> 17-20K

Pls let me know if these values are correct.
I have Red slime algae issue in my tank. It all started after i switched to LED.
I switched off UV and OCW. but still the problem is not resolved.

Im planning to shut down White light and see if it helps, else i would like to keep the tank dark for 3 days. Not sure if it will affect my corals.

Im looking forward for someone to help me calculate kelvin temperature with right LED combination or some reference link where i can read about. Thank you.
