I've been running a little giant 3 (the one for pressure) for 8 years and it pumps something like 14' - What I like about it is how quiet it is.

Everyone I know who has a reeflo, complains about seals leaking after awhile. Most of the pumps like panworld etc don't have that issue.

My old tank had a LG 3 for the return, was about a 5' head, and I didn't like the GPH, For a straight shot at 5' I wasn't too impressed. Maybe mine was messed up though...

However, it was fine for turning the tank a few times an hour and held up for four years no prob before I took down the tank.
