Upgrade Plan
So im upgrading from my 60 cube to a custom shallow 90 gallon tank. I decided yesterday that im going to need to add a lot of rock and im also going to take out some of the ugly pieces that i have in my 60. i also got a bottle of that Dr. Tims reef bottle of bacteria. and i will dump that in and cycle this rock for about 3-4 weeks until i move into my new place and setup my new tank. i also got ammonia becuase i have to produce an ammonia source for this bacteria to feed on and i dont want to add a random fish in there since i will just be having this in a 32 gallon trash can in my room... lol
has anyone else done this? I am curious to see if it was effective because the last thing i need is for this new rock to cause some sort of cycle in my system because i have a LOT of coral in there. I am just hoping that this bacteria will fully cure the rock. basically im trying to make my transfer from my 60 to 90 as smooth as possible.

Good luck with smoothly as possible. Not meaning to sound ominous here.
