Zoa/paly hates any flow?!?

Okay so my 3 frags have done okay inthe past week i have had them except 1 colony that basically turned into umbrellas and got shorter by the day...
Well today i fed everyone which required me to turn off my power head.. Well i work 3rd shift so i went to sleep forgetting to plug in my power head..
4-5 hours later i wake up check my tank n see this colony fully open tall n skinny... Not slumped but straight and looking beautiful.. I noticed my power head wasnt on so i plugged it in after a few min they were back to umbrellas...

They are in low flow to begin with because they wont open in medium or high.. I moved them out of. 90% of the flow n still umbrellas.

Can they not like flow cuz thats not an option???ImageUploadedByTapatalk1411792652.020921.jpg

They need flow to carry food and oxygen to them and carry away wastes.
