Bulk reef supply?

Ordered a new RODI unit, just got it on Friday. Hooked it up, turned theater on to start the flush and boon the fitting between the first and second canister is severely crushed... Water all over my basement and I have no RODI... Anyone on here worked with BRS on a replacement? I love the store but have no experience with there customer service.

Let me know your experience.

They will make it right. Just contact them. They will work with you to get a new unit sent out.

The best or one of the best in this hobby. Post on their sponsor board and you will get an answer by morning or sooner.

You really can't go wrong with BRS. They will make it right, no matter what.
