Thoughts on chemi pure blue?

I've used chemi pure elite and my tank water was crystal clear and had no issues.

I switched to phosguard and started seeing cyanobacteria. Anyone have experience with chemi pure blue? I've read it works better then the elite for phosphate and silicates due to the resins in it.

I have used it for the past couple of weeks.
I can only say the water is crystal clear & polyp extension is best ever.
Phosphates measure low but plenty of algae too.
Chemi Blue ???

I've been using it for a couple months, switched from elite, as the blue is cheaper.
Only have to use 1 of the blue as compared to 2 elite in my RSM250.
Things are going well, have a touch of cyano.
