Higher magnesium levels
I was dosing magnesium to maintain my levels. Well apparently two weeks ago, i dosed magnesion and forgot to test beforehand. My levels test at 1460-1480
Nothing seems to be affected, but whats the best way to safely lower it back to 1280-1350ppm other then just time? |

Don't. That level is fine. Just don't dose anymore and let it come down on its own.

Lol yeah just let it drop on its own, I literally just did the same thing on tues night and tonight (fri) it's back to normal

Mine averages just over 1400 without any dosing. Not an issue.
