Is this Cyano or Dinoflagellates?

Hi everyone,i have recently started having issues with my red sea tank. Its 34 gal ,been set up for about 2 years.Parameters are Ammonia/Nitrite-0 ,Ph 8.2,Dkh 9.2 / 3.3 Meg/l,nitrate 0-2. The tank has a mix of lps,sps and some softies along with a couple of macro algaes. This brownish thing seem to be killing my macro algaes and my palm tree polyps (I had a 6 inch colony with almoust nothing left now) and now it seems to be on my star polyp which causes it to not open anymore. i cleaned off the power head yesterday and took out and rinsed of these rocks last night and today this stuff is back. Please help me properly id this stuff. Also any tips on getting rid of it would be helpful too.

The bubbles scream dinos....I have hopefully just beat them fairly easily. If you catch it early it may be simple.

There aren't any 100% sure fire ways to rid your tank of this because there are many species of this algae. I am going 10 days lights out, I'm at day 9.
I turn on blues to feed at night and thats it. I removed all corals and put into a QT tank. Also dosing 5.5ml of H202 once a day.

Have you checked your tank for phosphates? Do you run any GFO? could be wrong but kinda looks like Dino or Ostreobium.

Definitely looks like dinos because mine look just like that. I've also had cyano before and they look very different, imo.
