I don't think that was designed for aquarium use let alone confined spaces. I guess it could work but it uses a very slow flow rate to make up for it's small volume. It seems like there would be a loot of excess ozone escaping in the ozone with that thing too.
Edit: Apparently that is designed for drip irrigation systems. I'd pass..

It says: The ozone UV units are ideal for water features.
