Led or t5 little room

Aquaticlife led strip vs t5ho current usa

I have a 55 gallon with a aquasun 2x54 fixture it's a wide sob and i need another light

I might be able to fit a current usa t5 2x54 that has tall legs for the back of my tank for overflow

Or i could do the led fixture by aquaticlife that's rated at 21.6 watt 50 12000k and blue? that would easily fit and leave me room So what works better??
