Tank Readiness Check

Hey folks,

Just wanted to get a readiness check on my new tank. It's a 125 gallon with 30 gallon sump with the following equipment and water parameters:

1x Aqueon 300w heater in sump
2x 800 GPH power head
Bubble magus curve 5 skimmer
Sycra 5 return pump
90 lbs live rock (it's extremely skeletonized and has massive surface area)
~60 lbs black Hawaiian sand

Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 15
Phosphate 2 (not sure why...I'm not feeding and its RODI water)
Temp 79.3

Tank has been up for a little over 2 weeks. I tested it by increasing ammonia up to 2 ppm and it was converted to nitrates within 24 hours.

I currently have 3 turbo snails and a cowrie snail in the dt, with cerith, nassarius and macro in refugium.
Is this thing ready for fish? It'll be FOWLR

Thanks

Phosphate could be leaching from your rocks
