RODI help please

I looked at my Rodi unit today and was shocked as to what I found.

What does this mean?

time to order a new gauge ....

They are very easy to change. A little teflon tape on the threads and they unscrew. Unless you have one of the push to connect fitting style gauges, but even those are easy to replace.
