Need help with RO/DI unit please

Hello all, I replaced my filters today, one sediment and 2 carbon blocks along with a di refil. Went to start making water, and all the waters coming out of the product line. The waste water line has no water coming from it??

The only thing I can think of is I took the membrane out because I was getting a suction noise when making water. It's not making the noise anymore but maybe I put It back in wrong?
