Help! ICK IN MY REEF

How do I treat ich, or ich, however you spell it. I have a reef tank with lps and my blue hippo tang and my neon goby have ick. I've been feeding them with garlic and it seemed to get better but now it's waaaay worse seemingly overnight. HELP

Read the stickies in the disease forum. There is no way to successfully treat in your tank. People will tell you that you can, but you cannot. Anything you do that won't kill the corals won't treat the ich.

Or you can not treat and keep the fish healthy. They may survive, but ich will still be present in the tank. One day something will stress the fish, they will not be able fight the parasite and it will take over and you will have many casualties.
