pvc piping
I need a suggestion I have a 40 gallon breeder tank and a 50 gallon sump what size PVC piping do you suggest I use and is there a special glue and cleaner thats aquarium safe touse on the PVC?

If you're a "plumber" and you don't know, how are you expect us to know? . Did you drilled the 40b yet?

Anything smaller than 1" is really a waste of time, at least IMHO. Standard pvc cement works just fine, I don't bother with the cleaner or primer. I prefer the medium duty cement because it is clear when dry.
