How to figure out proper amount of water flow 29g biocube

I've sort of always wondered this since I've settled into the hobby. I've got a 29g biocube w/ custom sump running a mag 5 and a vortech mp10.

Seeking informative feedback/videos/calculators etc. to figure out what the proper flow rate needs to be for my reef. If anyone has this similar setup with the mp10 powerhead on a biocube 29g with recommendations on mounting location and ecotech settings please do share!

Plan to go wireless on the ecotech eventually with my apex to get more randomness and variations.

I've used the pulse wave setting and now just constant running speed with 4 lights showing on the unit.

I have the powerhead mounted in the center on the right hand side of my tank:

I have my mp10 on reef crest mode on the left side by the return pump around 2/3 to the top. Seems to work well, have had it there for a year. Not sure about flow rate, but if the power is more than half things blow around pretty well. Hope this helps.

Should be enough for most situations. A lot depends on your scape and what you keep. I personally love tons of flow but it may not be necessary.
