Mesh Screen top for 75G Rimless
Hello everyone,
Hope you all had a wonderful holiday, I am asking for you honest opinion as I am leaning towards buying the BRS Screen Top Kit for the following reasons; 1.Purchased a Diamond Goby 3 months ago and it jumped 2.I purchased a Fire Fish Goby yesterday and it jumped last night I have never had fish jumped on me since I had this rimless as well as my previous 90 Gallon. I am worried about the aesthetics looks of the BRS ScreenTop as I think it makes the rimless looks ugly. What are your thoughts/ opinion? Current Fish Stock; 3-Anthias 1- Yellow Tang 2- Clown Fish 1 Wrasse 1 Lawnmower Blenny 1 Red Blood Shrimp |

I agree with you that the whole point of a rimless tank is the nice clean look, but if if you put notorious jumpers in the tank you have to cover it up.
They say that all fish can jump, but your current list looks ok from what I can tell to leave the top off. Do you plan on adding future gobies, blenny's, firefish ect? The top really doesn't look bad at all from eye level. IMO, cover it up. |

Without a top, you might as well throw the fire fish on the carpet as soon as you get it home, cause it'll end up there anyway.

Setup screen top mesh what's weird is the fish fire that I thought was dead jumped into the over flow box where I found a missing diamond goby.

I have only lost one firefish due to jumping in my 60 cube.. I have 3 anthias, another firefish, a pajama cardinal, and a clown.
I am only recently considering a mesh top because there will be a cat in the picture and the last thing I want is the cat swimming in the tank ![]() How would you go about making one for a size that doesn't exist? Like this or this some guy made
