BRS dual reactor

I have this reactor to use in the future on an upgrade. Till then I want to run it on my 29 gallon tank. Will there be a problem running such a small amount of gfo and carbon in the chambers? Around 3 tbs carbon and 7 tbs gfo, I think. Would there a problem running more and changing less often? Running both now via media bag.

As long as you keep the flow adjusted so the GFO and carbon don't rise up out of the reactors, things should be OK.......
