Watts?

Is 600 Watts of LED too much for a 90 gallon tank? I have a dimmer and will be using it.

Probably, what fixture are you looking at?

Marsaqua 300. kind of strapped on cash right now. In the future I will get the Aqua Illuminations.

So you're planning on running two 31" lights on a 90gal? Is that a 48" 90gal? I'd look into a Reefbreeders Photon 48.
