Can someone tell me what this is ?

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1422411906.332940.jpg sorry about the pic. But it's red ish in color and has bubbles I was thinking Dino's but not to sure. I went lights out for three days a few weeks ago and seem to help alittle but came right back

Impossible to tell in that pic. Less blue needed for ID. Could be cyano, dynos or diatoms .

I'm gona have to work on getting a better pic. It's red has bubbles and is stringy

It seems to be just in that spot. I have seen that low flow can cause it ?

Does it feel like snot?
Hairy and have bubbles?
Is it closer to brown color or actually red?
Does it come back worst after water changes?
Does it grow in High flow areas?
