Feedback on filtration

Hi all, it has been a couple of years but Im jumping back in the hobby. Here is my current direction...

I have a 220 gal tank. The goal is a reef with a moderate bioload. LPS and maybe later SPS corals.

The question...
Am I providing myself with the right equipment to keep a reef with a fair number of fish in it? Id like to purchase the trigger systems ruby36e sump to keep a refugium and a aquamaxx coneS co2.
