Harvesting pods

I have a refugium where I am growing tons of pods in chaeto. Was wondering the best way to get them into the display tank. I tried grabbing some of the chaeto and shaking it around in the display to some success. I am trying today to just move some chaeto into the display for a day or so. I have a ruby red dragonet the and want to be sure he has plenty of food.

Shaking out that ball of chaeto in your DT once or twice a week is probably your best bet IMO.
