Protein skimmer suggestions

I'm in the process of building a 210 gallon reef tank and need some protein skimmer suggestions.. Looking to spend 300-400 bucks on it...

Any other special requirements? like...must be quiet, or only 30" tall, or must be a needle wheel?

I would look at the sro octopus line.
I feel that you won't get a better value out of a skimmer.
Coralvue has excellent service
skimmers are very reasonably priced
the bubble blaster pumps have one of the best warenty's in the industry
I know the skimmer you need is an SRO 3000 int is $500. But well worth it

Hey ErosJN - I highly recommend Lifereef.com. You will need a couple of more $$$ for one but you won't be disappointed. Rock solid proven skimmer made in the States using off the shelf readily available pumps.

When I see big tanks I always think of Injection, Beckett or Downdraft style skimmers. AquaC, ETSS or Bashsea come to mind. I'd try a Bashsea the quality looks amazing.
