Bubble Magus Calcium Reactor

Hi guys, I need some help setting this up as the instructions that came with it are very unclear. I followed them as much as I can and looked at pictures online but can't work out where some of the pipes go.

There's a clear pipe on the tube below the circulation pump- where does this go?

On top of the reactor is a white and a black pipe. I thought the black pipe is the effluent as it has a screw on it which I presume is to adjust the flow, however the white pipe has a bracket on it which looks like it should attach to the side of the sump. Which is which?

I'll put some pictures below which should hopefully make it clearer.

Bump. Any ideas? Would like to get this setup asap
