TDS change in water
Ive been buying RO water from earth fare for almost a year in my reef tank which I tested and had a TDS of 3. I recently bought a portable RO system for home which is giving me a TDS of 10. If I use this water in my tank will I see negative results? Or should I wait until I order a DI stage for it.

The million dollar question is what is the 10 TDS composed of. I would wait to get your DI set up. Just my 2 cents.

TDS can't tell you that. All it can tell you is that the RODI isn't getting everything out. Whats left and how dangerous it is would be a mystery.

Even 3 is high. 10 is a problem. Wait if you can. It should be 0.

If you have a pressure tank on that home RO system, try temporarily closing the pressure tank and allow the system to make RO water without the back pressure exerted by the tank. The TDS in a full bladder tank will be significantly higher than water produced by the same membrane sent to an unpressurized container.
