Another worm id

Hello everyone! I woke up to find these guys all over my glass when the lights kicked on. There has to be close to 100 on the glass and I can see them in the sand. They don't look spike like a bristle worm. They are white/translucent with 2 Antena off the head. Any help is appreciated!

Are they mobile? Or are they staying on the glass after the lights come on?

Some of them are still on the glass but for the most part they all went into the sand
