Yellow and clear slimey growth

I came home today and on a chunk of my fake rock there has been some yellow bubbley growth. there is also a chunk of the rock with a spider web type sludge growing on the rock. can anyone help me out? thank you

could be sponge, bacteria, algae, diatoms,etc...
a picture would help..
