lighting for 65 reef w/ soft corals

Would a AquaticLife 36 Inch 4x39 Watt T5 HO Light Fixture be enough lighting for a 65 reef tank with soft corals? I'm planning on keeping mostly mushrooms, polyps, leathers, colt, xenia, etc.

Any LED fixture recommendations that would suffice?

Those aren't the highest powered lights, it would depend on the depth of your tank. The corals you listed don't require very much light either, but as hobbyist we always push past what we originally planned.
