water displacement from LR ... & dry rock prep for tank help meeee

Hi, I understand there's no 1 answer due to density etc. But, if I'm filling say a 100ltr tank, and the live rock is in the post. Ready for temps to be correct,
Im filling the tank and im wondering how much water will be displaced with 10 kilo / 22lb of live rock.
First, no waste
2nd most important is I want to fill this nano tank 30ltr with the salt mix to cure and prepare some real old ancient reef bed rock, locally brought up from the sea and sun baked all year.

And if i'v not bored you all too much yet then any advice on bringing back to life as the near perfect structures and plus they are local ancient beds, be a nice thing to point out to people who always ask to look.
Many thanks.
Iv visited this site for info many times and iv finally made the leap an joined a team so it seems and I like the feel around here.
Many thanks
Paul
