Flatworm exit works great. if you have a ton of them have a lot of carbon on hand to soak up the poison they release when the die.

I have a fish that eats them but I'm not sure which. When I had to go fallow I had a huge outbreak of flatworms a few weeks later and I hadn't add anything to the tank. Flatworm exit got rid of most of them but I would still see one here or there. Once I put the fish back I never saw a flatworm again. I have two tangs that pick at the rocks all day so maybe one of them eats them. I also have a red head wrasse and some wrasses are known to eat flatworms.

My wrasse is a Cirrhilabrus solorensis or Red Head Solon Fairy Wrasse.
