Anyone have any info on this critter, havent been able to find much with the description given, havent heard back from them yet

Look like regular mushrooms to me...looks like a snake polyp coming out of the side of one...

It is not a good idea for anyone but a many-years expert to acquire an oddity from the ocean, especially one without sufficient documentation. You don't know what they eat, or whether that may include your fish, you don't know whether you can feed it, or light it, or care for it, or whether it is toxic. This is on the one hand possibly misidentified, and on the other --- just not a good idea.
