AI controller with different fixtures

I am planning a little sump frag build. The plan is to buy a nice fixture, and mount it in the stand. I currently run my lights in an alternating mode, sump throughout night, dt during day. My question is, if I purchase a Hydra 26 can I run it throughout the day with the sols over my dt and the same controller? Or does the AI controller only work with 1 fixture type? I'm assuming I cants run them in the alternating mode I currently do from the same controller, but if I can save the cost of a controller that'd be great.

You can run multiple AI lights on multiple tanks with the director. Not sure about the regular controller

I just ended up calling them...In order to use my controller for both, I need to purchase wireless dongles for my sols so that the sols/hydra26 are both wireless, which would allow them to come on and turn off as a set of 3. The other option is to get a director and then I can wireless configure my hydra26, and if I choose to buy wireless dongles, can also control my sols...
