blue circular algae

there is obviously the brown algae on my tank glass, i have 100 snails coming in the mail ontop of the 6 already have in there. but this week i noticed green little specks on the glass and ontop of that some blue/whitish circular dirtiness on the glass can anybody tell me what this is and what to do about it?
any help is appreciated thank you very much.

Sporbid worms maybe? If they are fine.
