Question Sufficient lighting for stable SPS environment?

Was looking at potential lighting fixtures and came across this.

Was wondering if I added:

and

Could I sufficiently be able to have healthy coral and inverts.

The tank that I'm running is a 36 gallon bow front aquarium. Parameters are excellent and I am stocking: 1 Coral Beauty, 1 True percula, 1 ocellaris clown, 3 cardinals, 3 green chromis, and a lonspine urchin.

If this is not sufficient I would take suggestions in the <$300 range.
