Smile New to forums and Looking to set up 30g breeder

Hey how is everyone? so I have just about every question possible lol, i have spent several weeks doing research, and I am about ready to set up a 30g breeder, I had recently ordered a ro/di unit its 75gphd I have been looking at the dry rock from BRS only due to the price of it and my main questions are due to price restrictions (I'm only 18) would it be okay if I waited to get a lighting system during or toward the end of the cycle process, Id also like to know what type of Lighting system I could get with a budget of around 100 up to 175 ( I'm looking to have some coral nothing too fancy). I would also like to know what type of filter if any would I need to have or should have and any other information you guys can help me with would be lovely thank you for your help and reading this huge mess.

Forgot to mention I'm looking to make this tank focus on a pair of clowns 1x ocellaris orange and 1x black and white ocellaris and to have some coral to draw eyes to the tank

It's going to be hard to find decent lighting for that price range. I started off with a reef capable LED system by Marineland. It's nice right now for a FOWLR. I have a feeling I will want to upgrade in the future. Also check out Current USA Orbit lighting systems. I've heard decent things about those being fairly priced and a good light.

As far as filtration, you may want to look into getting a sump set up with a skimmer. If you go with a HOB power filter it may be more trouble that you're willing to put the effort into. Definitely will need a skimmer though.

It looks like you have the basics but still need a few more things to run a healthy tank.
