Fish Selections for 40 Gallon

i am looking into restocking my tank after a crash.

Here are my selections:

Atlantic Pygmy Angel x 1
Royal Gramma x 1
Half Black Angel x 1
Percula Clown Fish x 2
Strawberry Pseudochromis x1
Purple Queen Anthias x 1
Bicolor Cleaner Wrasse x 1
Black Cap Basslet x 1
Square Anthias x 1
Potter’s Angel x 1

Blue Green Reef Fish (optional) x 3
Yellow Fin Fairy Wrasse (optional) x 1
Pink Anthias (optional) x 1
Springeri Pseudochromis (optional) x 1

i want a peaceful tank with smaller fish. the biggest i think is the potter angel which will be 6" max

any problems with the selections in terms of aggression or compatibility with a mixed reef and inverts?

I am aware that there may be too many to stock with them hence the optional, and I am willing to remove some from the list.

thanks!

That's a pretty unrealistic stocking list for a 40 gallon tank. Cross off the Anthias and Angels due to tank size alone. Maybe you could get away with the Pygmy Angel.

The strawberry pseudochromis will be very aggressive. The Blackcap Basslet and Royal Gramma will likely not get along.

yea i figured I wouldn't be getting all of them.

Hmmm I guess i need to make a decision between the two...

I might go with the black cap. i like the purple color, but i do love the royals.

thanks!
